SharePoint TV platform is the latest technology from X2O Media that allows its users create and manage TV-like content and channels already stored in SharePoint. The created channels can be seen and accessed through any device, from display screens to PCs and laptops, even tablets and mobile devices.
The software features an easy-to-update channels through the link to SharePoint’s stored data and content. It automatically reflects changes to the channels and allows the viewers to see real-time updates and significant enterprise information. It also has striking illustrations and visuals that the users can utilize for a more effective and interesting content presentation.
SharePoint TV can also be used to link SharePoint’s sources of information like announcements, notices, projects, tasks, calendars and other related data to present information on different screens all over the organization using customized video and graphics.
Information can also be loaded to SharePoint right away for urgent or timely messages and notifications. It can be sent quickly throughout an organization or to specific group or sites. The employees can even upload videos, presentations, images or any related content for more teamwork and camaraderie among the company members.
